Breast Cancer Transformation: 21 Days of Support

Spring is a time of birth and renewal. I am reflecting back on the creation of this online course. Eight years ago when I was traveling this road of cancer treatment, I was writing about it. And my friends were telling me I was writing a book. Last year, I was writing a book. And then I received guidance that this “book” would make a great online course. So I followed that guidance and got to creating. Where I was stuck in the writing of a book, I was energized in the writing of this course.

That is how you know when you are on the right track–the energy flows and the excitement continues. I did hit some resistance along the way, but not the kind of resistance I felt when I was writing a book. In March of 2014 I was at the Hay House Writers’ Workshop. It was there that I started to wonder if this book was going to happen. I got discouraged about that, but became enthusiastic about writing my blog and connecting with people. And I knew that the material I had written during my journey with cancer was valuable for people.

It is synchronistic that the format that I used to inspire people during my journey–emails–is the exact same format of my new course. It is set up as 21 daily emails. Each one has a sound washing (Happy Toning Tuesday!), the writing I had been doing during that time, and my favorite resources. The course is designed for women who have received a diagnosis of breast cancer.
