Today I am away from home, helping my parents and was feeling a bit concerned about making a video for Toning Tuesday. Rather than allow myself to feel stressed about choosing between doing something I love, and doing something with my loved ones, I let go of anything that was not a high vibration. What came to me as a result of letting go, were the words, “Self Love”. This is the title of one of the videos from my online course, Breast Cancer Transformation:21 Days of Support. That was the answer for me today. Keep it simple and share with you a video I made for the online course, because we all need the reminder to practice self love, don’t we? Let go of anything that is not the high vibration of love. And when you are struggling to make a decision, let go of the struggle and listen to this Sound Washing and try some of the tips below. Envelope yourself in love and give yourself a great big hug.
See the beauty within you and love yourself. Notice your breathing. Look at yourself in the mirror. Say nice, loving words to yourself. Gently touch your own skin and hair. Reassure yourself that you are safe and loved. Take it in and allow yourself to feel deep, deep love for the beautiful being that you are. And make it your daily practice of self love. Know you are loved. You are loved. You are love. You. Are. Love.
Remember that as we experience the effects of what is going on in other parts of our world, when we feel the high vibration of love, we radiate that out into the world and it benefits everyone. Not just ourselves. It is not selfish to treat ourselves well. It is essential for the well being of our Earth.
