This week I have been looking into my own story of how I came to be channeling sounds for people. It is a bit of a long story, but here is the moment when everything changed.
I have always been passionate about music. Originally I was going to study music therapy. Then I began teaching children and that was really fun. I did that for 25 years. Always learning more and loving every aspect of it. Then one day while I was teaching, something happened. It was a big event for the middle school choir I was directing at the time. It came in the form of a betrayal of a friend. We were close. Our daughters were friends. Her daughter was in my choir.
It was at that moment my life changed.
For the better.
Lots of healing and more trials later, I discovered that what has resonated with me through all of it is the vibration of sound. As I opened to it and allowed the sounds to be made through me, more information and techniques are revealed to me. With every private client and every group sound washing I receive more sounds, more abilities. My gift expands.
